The Integration Journey
From the first call to final signoff, we follow a proven process that gives you confidence in your automation investment.
01
Consultation
We start with an in-depth conversation to understand your automation needs, timeline, and budget. Then, we visit your site to get a clear picture of the physical environment, equipment, and integration points. This hands-on approach ensures the scope is defined accurately.
-
Project discovery
-
Site walkthrough
-
Needs and risk assessment
-
Scope definition
02
Proposal
Next, we present a rough order of magnitude (ROM) proposal that outlines high-level costs, timelines, and key requirements. We collaborate with you to refine the scope and expectations, then deliver a detailed proposal you can count on.
-
ROM proposal with timeline and budget
-
Collaborative review and revisions
-
Final proposal with defined scope and schedule
03
System Design
We break the design phase into two parts for full transparency and customer involvement:
Hardware Design – We size and select components, determine the system’s power distribution and signal flow, and design the panel for reliability, serviceability, and code compliance. You review and approve before anything is built.
Software Design – We architect the control logic, communications, and HMI interface. You approve the functional specification before development begins.
-
Bill of materials and panel layout
-
Software architecture and interface mockups
-
Customer design reviews and sign-off
04
System Development
With approved designs in hand, we move into development. Our focus: clean, maintainable code, a simple user experience, and built-in diagnostics to make future troubleshooting easy. You’ll have visibility and input throughout the build process.
-
Panel assembly and wiring
-
PLC, HMI, and network programming
-
Internal QA and customer review prior to installation
05
Integration & Testing
Once development is complete, we ship and install the system at your facility. We test every function on-site and document any adjustments. We then run the system through a full Site Acceptance Test (SAT) to verify functionality, performance, and diagnostics meet all expectations.
-
On-site installation
-
Comprehensive testing and validation
-
SAT with customer review and approval
06
Customer Handover
After acceptance, we provide detailed operator and maintenance training tailored to your team. You receive final commented code, documentation, and support resources. We continue to assist through the handover phase with on-site and remote support.
-
Hands-on training for operators, maintenance, and engineering
-
Operator and troubleshooting manuals
-
Final code with comments and backup
-
Remote and on-site support as needed
